S2S Systems mission is to provide a marketplace for technology where service and energy companies, research centers, and academic institutions can contribute and access the industry’s best technologies. Where end-users can access all technology, organize it into custom workflows and only pay for the functionality they use when they use it. The principals and founders of S2S Systems are Dr. Tom Lasseter and Mr. Stuart A. Jackson, whose combined Industry experience represent more than 60 years. They have been involved in the start-up, development and ultimate sale of successful software companies and have dedicated their careers to software design and application development. Dr. Lasseter, CTO, has focused on the reservoir modeling and engineering disciplines while Mr. Jackson, CEO and COO, has focused on the oil & gas exploration and geophysical interpretation. In anticipation of continued company growth, Mr. Richard Lee and Mr. Doug Tucker have been brought on board to complete the company's management team. Mr. Lee's focus is on the effective marketing of S2S Systems unique software and development environment. Mr. Tucker brings the needed financial expertise to help structure future growth to the maximum benefit of the company. The combined management team possess more than 115 years of industry experience. Their diverse marketing, financial, technical and programming backgrounds coupled with their obvious business acumen represent a potent team for success. Detailed backgrounds... S2S Systems was founded in 2000 with the purpose of developing a unique and powerful modeling system and development architecture that would provide the integration required to handle seismic-to-simulation workflows as well as anticipate future real-time reservoir monitoring requirements. After intense investment from the founders, the architecture was completed in early 2004 and work was begun on application capabilities that demonstrated the power of this unique development system. Over the next 5 years S2S Systems and our development partners have built powerful applications from pre-stack velocity modeling, real-time drill targeting, and integrated reservoir model construction that demonstrate the power and opportunity afforded to all S2S Systems clients and development partners. |
