S2S Hires Chief Financial Officer |
| September 1, 2010 - S2S Systems International, Inc. has hired Mr. Doug Tucker as Cheif Financial Officer. Mr. Tucker has more than 25 years experience in start-up company funding and financing, and currently serves on the board of directors of a number of successful companies throughout the Houston Area. He has been working with S2S for the past year in a consulting role and has accepted the responsibilities of the office of CFO. He will also server as a member of the Board of Directors. |

S2S Reorganizes to Accommodate Growth |
| July 1, 2010 - S2S Systems, LLC has re-organized and will be continuing operations as S2S Systems International Inc. All assets and liabilities have been effectively transfered to the new company and Martin Estill has been hired as the Chief Executive Officer. The core focus of the company will remain largely the same, S2S Systems International, Inc. will use our unique technologies to address the reservoir modeling and monitoirng merkets through strategic investors and partners within both spaces. As we continue to develop these markets, we anticipate a need for accelerated growth and have structured and staffed the new organization to accommodate this anticipated growth. We have additionally developed new strategic partners that will provide the capabilites needed to better address our current client needs and future business opportunities. We look forward to continued relationships with our existing client base and the opportunity to introduce our powerful capabilites to a broder marketplace. |
