S2S Systems is not a service company, our focus is to enable our service company clients to expand their service offerings and our oil company clients to increase production and lower costs through the use of our software. We would always prefer to train our clients on the operation of our software over providing consulting services. We do however recognize the time and resource constraints that our clients are under and therefore provide the following consulting services on request. The most tedious and error prone process with any software system is the importation of the required data. While S2S Software does possess some OpenSpirit connectivity and supports all industry standards, including RESCUE for reservoir models, SegY for seismic data and LAS for well log data, many data types have no standards and therefore must be converted to S2S Supported formats. S2S Systems will provide a consultant to full construct integrated reservoir models in preparation for realtime monitoring, data analysis, reservoir modeling, drill targeting and microseismic analysis. This process includes the construction of a velocity model which is used for depth conversion of all data. S2S Systems can provide consultants that will work with client experts to conduct a full analysis of the data models. Data analysis could include the correlation of microseismic events with seismic attributes and interpreted structure to the full construction of a reservoir model from supplied data. Our staff includes geophysicists, geologists and engineers who are experienced user of our software and experts within their domain. S2S Systems Software can be used to monitor reservoir activities in realtime. Our consultants can build the initial static reservoir model, configure the monitoring system for input and operate the visualization system to client requirements during critical operations. Through the licensing of the S2S systems Development Kit, our clients can extend existing S2S functionality to meet their needs and add proprietary functionality which can be internally distributed with the S2S Systems Software or commercialized. We understand that the purchase of a development kit is a considerable commitment and therefore offer a prototype development service that allows prospective development partners to define an immediate need and work with S2S Developers to develop a prototype capability. This service is designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of our software development kit and should the client elect to license the development kit, the prototype can often be modified to become a commercial plug-in to the S2S Software. These partnerships are subject to the standard terms and conditions of the S2S Systems Development Kit and generally include a revenue sharing agreement between the parties.
